Ingredients
12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
2 cups mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, or broccoli)
1 jar (24 oz) Alfredo sauce
1 cup vegetable broth
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Add the bowtie pasta to the slow cooker.
Pour in the vegetable broth and Alfredo sauce.
Add the mixed vegetables and stir gently.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top during the last 15–20 minutes of cooking.
Cover again and allow the cheese to melt before serving.
