Crockpot Steak Bites Ingredients: 1. 2 lbs (900g) sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes 2. 1/2 cup (120ml) beef broth 3. 1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce 4. 1/4 cup (55g) butter, cubed 5. 1 tbsp (15ml) Worcestershire sauce 6. 3 cloves garlic, minced 7. 1 tsp (2g) black pepper 8. 1 tsp (3g) onion powder

Directions: 1. Place the cubed sirloin steak in the bottom of the slow cooker. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, and onion powder. 3. Pour the mixture evenly over the steak cubes. 4. Scatter the cubed butter on top of the meat. 5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours until the steak is tender. 6. Remove the lid and stir the steak bites to coat them in the flavorful broth. 7. Let the meat sit in the warm juices for 5 minutes before serving. 8. Serve hot from the crockpot with mashed potatoes or crusty bread.
