Cut the pool noodles into segments of approximately 2 feet in length using scissors.
Bend each noodle segment into a circular shape, securing the ends together with zip ties to form a ring.
Cut a piece of chicken wire mesh long enough to wrap around one noodle ring, leaving a few inches of overlap.
With protective gloves on, carefully wrap the chicken wire around the pool noodle ring, ensuring it is evenly distributed and snug.
