The final individual currently featured is Michael Lizaso Marasigan, who is wanted for allegedly violating the conditions of his pretrial release while facing charges related to a conspiracy to operate an illegal gambling business. Investigators estimate that the criminal enterprise generated approximately $34 million in illegal proceeds between 2015 and 2021.

The FBI stresses that these individuals are considered accused of the listed offenses, and criminal charges are allegations unless proven in court. Nevertheless, many have outstanding federal warrants and remain fugitives after allegedly fleeing prosecution or failing to appear before the court.

Federal officials hope the new Most Wanted Fraudsters list will serve as a powerful investigative tool by increasing public awareness and encouraging anyone with credible information to contact law enforcement. Even seemingly minor tips can prove crucial in locating long-term fugitives who have managed to evade authorities for years.

Financial fraud continues to rank among the fastest-growing forms of crime in the United States. Criminal organizations increasingly rely on technology, fake identities, shell companies, cryptocurrency transactions, and international networks to conceal their activities. As these schemes become more sophisticated, law enforcement agencies are expanding their efforts to identify, investigate, and prosecute those responsible.

The FBI reminds the public that anyone who recognizes one of these fugitives should not attempt to approach or arrest them. Instead, individuals are encouraged to report any credible information directly to the FBI through its official reporting channels, where trained investigators can safely evaluate and act upon the information.

The launch of the Most Wanted Fraudsters list represents a major milestone in the FBI's ongoing campaign against large-scale financial crime. By bringing greater visibility to these fugitives, federal authorities hope to recover stolen assets, deliver justice to victims, and send a clear message that those responsible for massive financial fraud will continue to be pursued, regardless of how much time has passed.
