Cover with the remaining pasta. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and cook for about 10 minutes until the eggs are set and the underside turns crisp.

Flip and Finish Cooking
Carefully flip the bake using a wide spatula or invert it onto a plate, then slide it back into the pan. Cook the other side for 8–10 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
If flipping in one piece is tricky, cut it into sections and turn each piece separately.
